Step 1: Learn About Catholicism
One of the best ways you can learn about the Catholic Faith is to visit our Parish and let us know that you are interested in learning more about the Faith.
To get started with an overview of Catholic teaching, you can consult the Catechism of the Catholic Church.
Step 2: Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults
What is the RCIA?
*The Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults is an opportunity for anyone to explore the Christian faith in a Catholic context.
*It’s fun, relaxed, friendly, and informative.
*It’s a chance to get to know different people in your faith community.
*It’s a comfortable place to learn, discuss and discover everything you wanted to know about what it means to be a Christian today. A place where all questions are welcome and anything is open for discussion.
What Is Discussed?
The RCIA consists of a series of discussion evenings which seek to answer questions like; “How do I read and understand the Bible?”, “Does God have a plan for me?”, “How and Why should I pray?”, “What does it mean to be a disciple of Christ?”, “Do we really need faith?”.
Who is the RCIA for?
*People who want to know more about Christianity.
*People who are curious about what the Church teaches.
*Newcomers to the Catholic Church.
* ‘Cradle’ Catholics who want to learn more about their faith.
If any of these sound like you contact the parish office to register for our next session.

Step 3: Sacraments of Christian Initiation
If you have not been baptized, the Christian initiation process prepares you to become a Catholic Christian by celebrating in the Sacraments of Christian Initiation: Baptism, Confirmation, and Holy Communion (Eucharist).
If you have been baptized in another Christian tradition, only the Sacraments of Confirmation and Eucharist are required to enter into full communion with the Catholic Church.
Upon receiving these Sacraments, you will become a member of the Roman Catholic Church.
For more information about Baptism, please contact our Parish Office to arrange an appointment with the Pastor.
